About the role:

A quality focused Security provider is looking to hire an ambitious & dedicated Contracts Manager to oversee their portfolio of high profile contracts across the South East. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated security team and managing relationships with a prestigious group of clients.

Applicants must have prior contracts management experience within the UK Manned Guarding sector.

What you will do:

• Regular client meetings to ensure maximum client satisfaction
• Safeguarding of clients assets to include people, buildings and information
• Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee implementation
• Liaise with Ops Managers
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of Security staff and encourage further development

Required experience includes:

• Prior contracts management experience in the UK Security sector
• The ability to lead and develop a team of Security staff
• A passion for customer care

You will have the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with the client and be a confident people manager. With excellent interpersonal & communication skills you will be commercially aware with an attention to detail.
