Sc Cleared Continuous Improvement Manager / Process Improvement Manager

Salary: £19.8 – £23.04 per hour

A SC Cleared Continuous Improvement Manager/ Process Improvement Manager is required for this Hampshire based company.

You will be responsible for the management of, and adherence to the Continuous Service Improvement policies, processes and procedures. Working with the Service Owners, Delivery teams, Architects, ITIL Capability Managers, Business Transformation teams and Clients to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across all aspects of the business.

Essential Skills –
A track record of delivering continuous improvement projects and process optimisation reviews
Managed projects to deliver multiple key strategic process improvements
Ability to recognise and remove process bottlenecks to help improve delivery timeliness
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Excellent Facilitation skills
Excellent Organisation Skills
Strong coaching skills
MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Experience in ITIL 7 Step
