As the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products/services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

What can you bring to Banham?

You will lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, strategy, and overall performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. Along with these, you will also have:

  • A background of similar position, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in using problem-solving / root cause analysis techniques, i.e., 8D, 5 why
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining international standards, i.e., ISO 9001
  • Proven analytical career with demonstrable results
  • An ability to think commercially with a strong understanding of financial performance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
  • The ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, with the ability to tailor your style and approach across the business
  • Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills
  • Excellent listening, presentations and commercial skills
  • Experience with reporting on KPI’s in line with business standards
  • Experience in offering a bespoke service
  • Have a good work ethic and vision for the processes and procedures that underpin an outstanding relationship management function
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Leading experience across all Microsoft applications with a high level MS Excel
  • Proven successes in working as part of a multi-functional team
  • Ideally Six Sigma black belt qualified and a Lean practitioner
