We are currently working with our prestigious client based in Knaresborough who due to continuous growth are recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to join their professional and vibrant business. As Sales Team Leader you will assist the Head of Sales, supporting a team of 10 account managers to help them achieve their individual sales targets and KPIs.

The Sales Team Leader will be a motivated and ambitious sales professional, who can coach, mentor and lead the team of account managers to drive the sales performance forward.

Salary is £44,000 p/a OTE £65k plus excellent benefits including profit share scheme, free gym membership, 24 days + stats annual leave, free on-site parking, and regular social events.

Responsibilities include:

· Coach and mentor sales team to consistently deliver the best value to clients, whilst offering an excellent client experience to drive customer retention and referral opportunities.

· Motivate individuals to achieve individual targets

· Hold regular one to one’s with team

· Liaise with other departs to support the wider business

Candidate requirements:

· A proven track record in a Sales Manager/Team Leader position

· Articulate and professional

· Strong communication skills

· A passion for providing outstanding service

· Self-motivated

· Well organised with a strong ability to prioritise
