Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year+uncapped bonus (OTE £30K)

My client is a well established organisation that are focussed on generating qualified leads for Independent Financial advisors. Due to expansion and organic growth within the company, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Telesales B2C Team Leader. Initially you will be required to carry out sales as well as implement scripts and best practice procedures. Your duties will include the following:

* Making outbound calls to clients * Generating leads and sales opportunities * Working to targets and KPI’s

* Maintain the CRM database.

* Managing a small team

* Dealing with 121’s

* Reporting to directors with sales figures

This role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your strong sales ability and the capacity to drive a successful team to achieve sales. The role would best suite an experienced Team Leader or Team Manager within telesales with a solid track record of success. The role would best suite a candidate with the following attributes:
