Our NASDAQ listed client is a leading provider or On-Demand Software Solutions for Public Relations Management. This fast growing and highly profitable company delivers powerful and complete PR management software to companies of every size. Their complete solution covers every aspect of media and news monitoring, news distribution, the ever growing social media space and so much more. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Manager to lead an internal team and further grow their offering.

As a hands-on Internal Sales Manager based at our clients London location, you will manage and lead a team of 6 software sales professionals (Account Managers) to new heights. The main focus of this role will be to mentor, develop and deliver sales performance, increase results and company profile, retain/manage an expanding portfolio of existing accounts and deliver day-to-day support and leadership. You will recruit, coach, and manage the sales team from the front, ensure sales processes, sales territories, and service value propositions are met and continually drive key performance indicators. Applications are invited from those candidates with a minimum of 4 years sales management experience gained specifically within an internal sales capacity. This position requires a driven and proactive approach, sound time management skills and a motivational / hands-on approach to management. Candidates will need to demonstrate previous leadership experience along with a friendly, approachable and Inspirational management style. Coaching and presentation skills are also a prerequisite.

The successful candidate will be offered a package including base salary of 55k with a realistic and uncapped first year OTE of 100k. Additionally, there is a full benefits package.
