Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year
Internal Recruitment Manager
30k – 40k Basic plus an uncapped commission, OTE 50k plus
5 minutes from Manchester City Centre

Our client is an award winning and forward thinking Property business with both Estate agency and cash buying divisions. They are well established and hugely successful, and offer a really great place to work. Due to growth we are looking for a talented Internal Recruitment Manager who can help identify and bring talent to the business across a variety of areas. If you have come from a commercial or Sales Recruitment agency background or internal recruitment and are looking for an exciting, varied role then this position would be a superb opportunity.
Main Duties:
* Placement of candidates across the business
* Managing the 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish
* Talent mapping, networking and headhunting across a variety of roles
* Organising and scheduling interviews
* Ensuring the interview and feedback process provides a great candidate experience
* Utilising Job boards, social media and LinkedIn to identify and recruit the best talent
* Ensuring that we have a constant talent pool of high-quality sales and property professionals.
* Working with suppliers including job boards and recruitment agencies
* Making candidate offers, and ensuring the candidate is happy and committed
Ideally you will have;
* Previous Recruitment experience within a Recruitment Agency or Internal environment
* A background in recruiting commercial roles across sales and support functions
* A financial drive and hunger for success.
* An outgoing, confident and sociable personality with lots of self-motivation.
* An ability to engage with candidates and provide a great experience
* Proven track record of placing similar candidates.
