Salary: £72,000 per year
Sales Manager / BDM – Fast Track Building Solution
Basic to £60,000 + Bonus + Car and Benefits
Central England base (Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Oxford, Milton Keynes)

Our client sells a fast-track building solution for the construction of Hotels, Schools, Care Homes, Health Care and Residential to Main Contractors. Their Offsite solution is unique in the UK and has provided Main Contractors with faster build times than the majority of other Offsite solutions and naturally appreciatively faster than traditional methods.
They sell their solution to Architects and Main Contractors where you will deal with Designers, Structural Engineers and the Quantity Surveying functions. Their solutions can build buildings of between 4 and 10 storeys with one high rise offering being specifically developed post Grenfell.
They seek a central England based sales professional who can deal with both existing and new Main Contractors (within their regional UK office networks) and who can technically approach them selling an Offsite Construction structural building solution. Projects very in their value but they are rarely under £1M.
Demand and interest in their unique proposition has created the need for an additional sales professional.
