Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 (Tax Free) plus Accommodation, Bonus

The role will be based in Jeddah and will involve developing business within the Facilities management sector (services will include FM, Building maintenance, security systems, Fire Alarm systems).

Your role will be to lead a FM division and manage a portfolio of client accounts. We are seeking commercially strong FM who is able to manage the provision of FM services to a large client base and shape the company’s strategic growth in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source and develop profitable new business across the Kingdom
• Develop business across the Government & Private sector in particular
• Communication with existing and potential customers across the region
• Completion of tenders, PQQ’s, RFI’s etc.
• Targeting clients across the private and public sector.
• Effective networking with potential customers
• Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.
• Effective maintenance of Company sales database.
• Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports
