Rose Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with Cistom to recruit a Sales Manager for their Chemical Solutions organisation. The position is for 1 to 2 days a week and would suit a sales professional looking for extra days or even someone looking for a part time role.

Based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, the business has been involved in the manufacture and sale of offshore chemicals since 2006.

At Cistom they pride themselves in providing innovative and creative chemical solutions to the onshore and offshore energy sectors. Their experienced team and custom-made laboratory facilities afford them the opportunity to work directly with their customers to create bespoke chemical solutions for their offshore chemical needs. 

Their existing range of products have been created to be highly effective, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective to the end user. They have several new products that they would like to take to the market, hence why they are looking to recruit someone like you to make more potential customers aware of their business and products.

Job Profile:

Experience of sales in energy sectors.

Marketing experience would be desirable but not essential. This would assist the business to raise its profile from its present level.

Contacts/leads/established relationships with appropriate decision makers with target customers would be hugely beneficial

Technical experience would be useful, a background and experience in selling chemicals within energy sectors.

Established relationships within the industry – both with potential customers and associates in similar roles.

Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Excel at building relationships to establish customer wants and needs, this is critical to the business as they see themselves as solution providers.

Potential attendance at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to raise business profile.
