Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
We are working with our client, a multi award winning Apprenticeship provider in this superb newly created role for a Sales Manager / Team Leader.

The company are now on the next stage of their expansion, and you will be pivotal in this – they are seeking to expand into their specialist sector elsewhere in the country and you will head your team in achieving this. At your disposal will be up to date leads, a robust CRM, containing all relevant information you will require to get the ball rolling – to help you open doors, aside from their sterling reputation in the marketplace will be a several other USP’s to enable you to smash the targets set.
Upon starting the role, you will be of course expected to “hit the ground running” and begin generating business, whilst actively recruiting and interviewing your staff to join you – as your team takes shape you will be the person dealing with all day to day activities and queries as they arise. Reporting directly to a Senior Director alone, this will be your team, and your project with the success of it resting on your shoulders!

It is essential that you have outbound sales experience coupled ideally with management experience – you will be a natural leader, who is more than happy to be picking up the phones along with your team to make sales happen. Full training within the Apprenticeship sector will be provided.
