Sales Executive (trainee) – Automotive Retailing.
Southend, Essex
Package: Excellent basic with an anticipated OTE of around 35/40K. Additional company benefits (see below)

My client are Essex`s most successful Automotive Dealer Group. Launched in 1929, they have been a leading retailer of automotive vehicles for over 9 decades. A multi-award winning organisation, they represent 8 franchise marques over three sites, including Vauxhall, Peugeot, Renault, Nissan and Citroen.

Due to recent growth and success they are looking to grow their sales team with the addition of a Trainee Sales Executive, to work at their Multi-franchise Motor Park in Southend.

Key Responsibilities:

– To achieve monthly sales targets for sales, achieving the minimum profit targets
– To achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance
– Keeping company reports and documents 100% up to date and accurate
– Maintain a thorough customer follow up program on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files

Minimum requirements:

– An excellent command of the English language
– Previous experience working in a KPI targeted environment (with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in sales) 
– A professional approach to customer service
– Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
– GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English C minimum
– A full UK driving licence
