Location: Farnborough – Surrey
Salary: £26,000 per year + Superb Commission structure, realistic £45k OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:30 – 18:00 & 11:30 – 20:00 (Shift pattern), free parking and near to public transport services.
Our client a successful and expanding insurance and mortgage brokerage based in Farnborough, Surrey is currently recruiting for Insurance Sales Executives. This an exciting time to join a growing and marketing leading organisation that offer a superb working environment and great career prospects.
Working within a consultative Insurance sales team you will be guaranteed warm leads on a daily basis. Your role is to discuss a variety of insurance products with customers who have registered online for a quotation. You will be responsible for closing sales and identifying cross sales opportunities. Customer service is equally as important as sales. You will have your own portfolio of customers who you will contact when their insurance is up for renewal.

Our client offers a competitive basic Salary: £26,000per year. This increases to £25,000 after 12 months service. On top of the basic salary is a superb commission structure. The current team earn £26,000 per year in commission. A very realistic OTE of £45k is achievable in your first year. Full training is provided.
