Sales Executive – No Cold Calling

Sales and Service Advisor – Bolton – Perm – £16,000 rising to £18,000 basic + average £500p/m – Shifts between 9:00-8:00pm Mon-Thurs, 9:00-5:30pm Friday and Weekends on a rotating basis

A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced and results driven Sales and Service executives to join an industry leading business at their state of the art and vibrant offices based in Bolton, close to public transport links and with free parking.

As a front line advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times when speaking to customers making an incoming enquiry (no cold calling) about the financial products on offer (not Debt Management). Due to the nature of the business, it is vital that candidates have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers within a short space of time.

You will be responsible for discussing customers in depth financial situations and carrying out basic underwriting checks in order to identify which of the available loan products are most suitable to them.

The client operates a relaxed and fun environment and regularly holds team incentives and night outs etc., so I am especially eager to speak to candidates that want to join a vibrant team and join in with the many festivities whilst working towards very realistic sales and service targets.
