The Company: This privately family business are a British manufacturer and a genuine market leader in the arts and crafts field. Supplying independent retailers and national department stores with high end product, this cash rich and long standing business could offer the ideal candidate a role with a fantastic earning potential and a well ran territory.

The Role: As Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for the development of the North West and Yorkshire regions. Managing a portfolio of existing customers in the independent retail market, you will be tasked with developing relationships with business owners and store managers. Selling in seasonal ranges and increasing distribution points in store, you will be tasked with achieving a realistic territory sales budget and you be rewarded financially for achieving these results. Working from home, you will be expected to deliver weekly sales reports however you will work very autonomously in the role.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG or wholesale field sales. You must be very comfortable in face to face sales situations whilst carrying yourself in a confident and consultative manner. You must be friendly and enthusiastic whilst having strong negotiation skills also.
