Sales Executive

The role will be to ensure the Sales New and Used Department achieves budget objectives by the sale of New and Used vehicles, finance and insurance, extra cover/warranties and accessories

Duties:

– To achieve objectives set by Dealer and Manufacturer
– To qualify customer needs in every instance
– All customer enquiries to be followed up within Dealership prospecting requirements
– To ensure no vehicle is released without full payment unless prior approval has been granted
– All customer queries to be dealt with promptly in line with Management guidance
– To ensure all Customer Handling Standards are implemented
– To answer the telephone promptly
– To have a positive attitude to customers and colleagues
– To ensure New and Used vehicle displays are to recommended dealerships standards and priced at all times
– To ensure personal demonstration vehicles are clean and tidy and available for immediate demonstration at any time

Requirements:

– Must have sales experience or customer service experience
– Essential to hold a Full UK Driving License
– Acceptable level of dress code and personal hygiene
– To be punctual at all times
– Confident communicator, happy to work on the phone and face to face

Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £26,000 per yearplus bonus and commission
