About the Company:
This Company is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of a leading standalone multipurpose cleaning product used throughout the UK by some of the largest Blue Chips, Corporates, Medical & Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Transport and FM companies. The brand is currently one of the fastest growing in the commercial cleaning market with clients including Tesco, Nike, DHL, Servest and many local councils & authorities. The company remains family owned and run from their head offices in Buckinghamshire, sufficient growth has allowed the company to bring on board additional members to their established sales team.

About the Role:
To maintain the company’s ambitious growth plans our client is looking for two Sales Executives to join the company. One covering North of the Thames and Northern Home Counties, and the second South of the Thames and throughout the Southern Home Counties. This is a field based position with the client looking for someone who can take independent ownership of their territory, therefore requiring exemplary drive, determination and organisation.

The candidate will enter the role with open accounts and will be earning commission immediately, with the typical breakdown of work being 80% new business development and 20% account management. You will be responsible for your own clients which will range from blue chip corporates to local standalone end users. The company has an existing database of over 3000 warm leads to follow up on as well as generating new clients for the database through traditional sales.

About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between £30,000 – £42,000and a generous commission scheme (uncapped commission, 1st years expected £10k minimum) and package including car, phone laptop/i-pad. Requirements:
Candidates will ideally have worked in industrial cleaning sales, however stand out field sales professionals will also be considered for these positions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate successful delivery with the ability to work without support or supervision and a mature attitude to work.
