Graduate Sales Executive

An exciting graduate sales opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions is available. The role will be based on the outskirts of London, in Loughton, near the end of the underground central line. As a graduate sales executive you will be responsible for the following:
– Sales calling to new and existing clients.
– Business development of sector and geographical markets.
– Online sales using social media and marketing solutions.
– Meeting clients and presenting recruitment solutions.
– Working towards sales targets and commission structures.
– Sourcing new leads and high potential candidates for existing clients.

This role will provide a full graduate sales training program that will last for 6 months before moving into a independent, autonomous position.

The successful graduate sales executive will demonstrate the following skills:
– 2015 graduate
– Previous work experience from part-time work or placement year
– Customer facing or Sales experience would be highly advantageous
– Strong presentation and communication skills
