Sales Development Manager – Commercial Insurance
Based in North Wales (Working from Home)
Salary to circa £78,000 plus Company Car, significant Annual Bonus, and extensive Benefits
Our Client are recruiting for an experienced Sales or Business Development Manager to service/manage a number of client offices in the North Wales region.
This is effectively a business consultancy role, working closely with partners and clients across a wide geographical area in order to ensure that all are obtaining the best results from the tools and opportunities at their disposal. You will play a pivotal role, working alongside the clients to plan their strategic growth, assisting with the management of long term business plans, navigating through stakeholder requirements, and being a consultative individual throughout the process.

You
will be a Business Development professional with:-
* extensive experience in working with an array of different and complex relationships
* experience of defining and working to extensive business plans
* working with others to deliver on the business plans – this is not all down to you!
* strong experience of the general insurance market, particularly Commercial Lines
