Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year

Sales Coordinator (Part-time)

Tamworth, Staffordshire

£33,600 – £36,000 per annum (Pro-rata)

(Working Hours Mon – Thurs 9.30am -3.00pm, Fridays 9.30am – 1.00pm)

Main Duties include:

• Reporting to the Customer Care Manager
• Day to day management of Key Account
• To input sales orders received either by phone, or via the Area Sales Managers for the relevant territories
• Liaise with the customer, and the production, warehouse/ technical departments where relevant to confirm/query order details
• Provide basic technical support for customer’s enquiries (training provided)
• To promptly resolve customer delivery enquiries this will include liaison with the courier or warehouse where necessary
• To co-ordinate customer quote requests
• To deal with customer orders and end user enquiries promptly and ensure appropriate action is taken
• To work within a team and assist Customer Service colleagues/Customer Care Manager as required

Skills required:

• Attention to detail is critical along with the ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience of using SAP computer package
• Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service possible
• Has a can do attitude with a willingness to be part of a successful team
• Able to use multiple systems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• The ability to be flexible in your job role to assist the requirements of both the customer and the business
