Position Title: e-Commerce Sales and Business Coordinator
Salary: Up to £42,000per annum
Location: Shoreham by Sea

JOB PURPOSE:
*Achieve/increase sales via the e-Store according to a business plan, around our three key services of Technical Assistance, Training and Information Services
*Develop e-Commerce products
*Develop Knowledge website to encapsulate e-Store services
*Co-ordinate and understand activities within business streams that have the potential to be made into stand-alone products, to help extract maximum revenue from knowledge gained
*Identify and create new revenue streams
*Develop additional products of existing online and electronic services
*Ensure no client specific work is advertised or sold via this mechanism

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and sell packages of work via e-Store
*Build strong relationships with staff that permit frequent dialogue, ensuring that staff are thinking and providing products or services for eventual inclusion into the Knowledge e-Store
*Promote the service to visiting clients at global sites and capitalise on online marketing campaigns.
*Identify all interested departments, making them aware of this new method for advertising products or services

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
*Good IT skills, with strong web/social media capability
*Effective marketing
*Commercial acumen is essential i.e. an ability to realise opportunities for more business, looking for the opportunities to resell existing reports, etc.
*Ideally some proven success in developing ideas into orders
*Able to time share and multi task efficiently
*Excellent communication skills:
*Articulate and personable
*At ease with and able to deal with very varied personalities, both within the company and from client companies if required
*Ability to draw out information from people
*Excellent PowerPoint skills
