Sales Consultants

Salary: £26,000 per year

A L Jones recruitment has a number of positions available for sales consultants to join a very reliable client of ours based in Swansea town centre.

Experience in outbound sales or in a similar role would be beneficial but is not required.

You must have the ability to exceed set targets, you will have a good telephone manner and able to objection handle to a high standard

Must have a willingness to make outbound calls and be money hungry and ambitious

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Sales Consultant You will be responsible for contacting clients to fact find and obtain all personal details from customers including financial based information.

Generate valid, qualifying sales opportunities for our Advisor’s in a compliant manor.

Creating customer call backs, referrals and building relationships to take initial details from incoming calls and different data sets and enquiries.

You will maximise your revenue and sales for the business where possible.

Transferring suitable calls to our advisers based on the initial details taken and to deal with your customers in a friendly and professional manner in line with the Company’s standards and procedures.

Working pattern of Monday to Friday with the option of overtime – Overtime is offered based on performance & attendance. Current hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 6pm (1 hr lunch break) & Friday is 9:30am to 4:30pm (30 min lunch break)
