Randstad Retail currently has a recruitment consultant job in Maidenhead

£20,000 – £28,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme

This is an opportunity for a high performer in sales or recruitment to join one of our most well established and successful teams in Randstad. We want someone who enjoys sales, wants to earn well and cares about their career. You will have the opportunity to earn well through providing excellent customer service and relationship building.

You will be expected to drive further business growth through your sales activity and maintain existing business relationships with clients and candidates.

The role will involve you:

Selling to existing and new clients, face to face and over the telephone
Attracting suitable candidates through various methods
Matching candidates to the right jobs and clients
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Achieving targets on a weekly and monthly basis
