We are looking for a talented, engaging and target driven Sales Consultant to join our established team in Altrincham.

Based in Altrincham it is commutable from Manchester, Salford, Oldham, Hyde, Middleton, Trafford, Northwich, Macclesfield, Alderley Edge and Sale.

The role:
Researching and contacting senior level decision makers, selling the companys’ unique recruitment solution
Providing a consultative sales approach
Working to both sales and call targets
Closing high-value deals
Ability to handle objections and negotiating;
Market research to identify and generate new leads;
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings and event handover meetings;
Attend pre-booked and personally arranged appointments;
To take ownership of personal development;
Effectively pitch and ensure demonstrations are given in order to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements for the role:

Recruitment Background – ESSENTIAL;
Strong sales approach / determined closer;
Problem solving skills – arriving at decisions which help the business move forward;
Experience in the use of databases in sales campaigns;
Driven with a healthy desire to succeed and build a long term, successful career;
An excellent communicator with impeccable networking skills;
Account management of the existing clients;
Highly motivated and proactive – results orientated.

Experience Required

Proven experience of B2B sales experience with a solid track record of work rate and exceeding targets;
Knowledge of the Recruitment Industry.

You will currently be working as a Field Account Manager, Sales Manager, B2B Account Manager, Business to Business Account Manager, New Business Field Sales, Business Development Manager or a National Account Manager.

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary and uncapped OTE.
