Sales and Marketing Executive

Our local client are currently seeking a driven and successful Sales and Marketing Executive to join an expanding department of their successful business. You will be responsible for all Sales and Marketing activity within the department and will be given the tools to implement your own procedures and ideas. You will conduct market research, you will call new and existing clients, you will be responsible for sales and marketing campaigns and will be able to use your own initiative and knowledge to put these ideas into place.

The successful candidate must come from a strong and successful sales background; they must also have a strong understanding of conducting marketing activity, composing e-shots, email campaigns and an understanding of Google analytics and Google ad words. The long term vision is to increase this department and you will be a fundamental part of that and would take on a key Managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• B2B Sales
• Increasing Sales across the department
• Create, implement and measure the success of the departments annual mailshots and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and act upon these findings
• Create and implement e-shots and email campaigns
• Monitor competitors performance
• Work with the Design Team to create new Marketing material
• Produce Monthly reports for the Directors to show business activity and sales progress

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and expanding team and to have the autonomy to implement your own ideas and procedures. You will be a key figure in the growth of the team and will be developing your own team. Previous experience of working within the Publishing sector is advantageous but not essential.
