Our client a busy Main Dealer in Middlesbrough are looking for a new member of staff to join their sales administration team. This role is initially for maternity cover so for a 9-12 month contract but there is always the possibility of this leading to a permanent role.

They require a Sales administrator to assist with the Administration of the group, the successful candidate must have a background in Sales administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Processing customer orders,
*Seeing through customer’s sales administration from start to finish; including coordination of legal registration of the vehicle using the AFRL System
*Pre Delivery Inspection administration,
*Customer hand over and payment arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be trained up on the system AFRL, so will need to be IT Literate, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be an excellent organiser with a great multi tasking ability.

The role will be working Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and is based in Middlesbrough.
