SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant to work at our well-known client based in Oldbury.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi task and work under pressure, have experience in Consumer and Customer Relations and be comfortable in sales. We’re looking for a quick learner, able to work on their own but equally as well as part of a team.

Must be able to use the following sytems:

SAP
Excel
Windows
PowerPointThe role will include:

Processing orders
Using SAP for order processing
Using promotions to maximise customers’ profits
Liaising with customer development managers to introduce new lines to customers and offer promotional point of sale
Creating good and respectful customer relationships
Speaking internally to different departments to seek the best customer service for the customers
Using SAP for order processing to ensure accurate ordering
Liaising with customers regarding queries and complaints
Speaking to the account managers on a day to day basis regarding customer information and any issues to keep a good customer relationship
Liaising with depot contacts and planners regarding deliveries that are to be kept within customer SLA
Updating the accounts reguarly with correct info on accounts such as time windows, any restrictions and promotions
Dealing with complaints and using SLA’s for different types of complaints, all logged and checked within 24-48 hours and liaising with the delivery depots to ensure the complaints are future proofed to stop this happening again
Processing orders using SAP and looking for anything out of stock and informing the customer within 24 hours
Account managementThis is a temporary to permanent position with excellent long term potential. We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick learner to start immediately following a successful interview.
