We have a vacancy for a Tyre Sales Assistant for an immediate start in a busy fast fit centre in Enfield. Our client is part of the fastest growing independent Tyre Distribution and Retail Company in the UK and take pride in offering expert advice and providing outstanding customer care.
As Tyre Sales Assistant you will report to the Centre Manager and you will be required to provide an efficient and effective customer service.
As a Tyre Sales Assistant you will:
* Act as a first point of contact for Customers.
* Provide quotations and advice when necessary.
* Completion of associated paperwork.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintenance of high level customer service.
* Promotion of company products and services.
* Reporting and documenting fault/defective equipment.
Skills and experience required:
* Have a successful career history within the motor industry
* Tyre knowledge and experience essential.
* Be a team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
* Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Have a keen eye for details and be literate and numerate.
* Have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
In the role of Tyre Sales Assistant you will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and there is a salary on offer of £26,000 – £26,400 per year plus bonus and pension.
