Previous experience of handling RTA Portal claims for over 3 years is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of billing along with knowledge of handling more complex MOJ matters and progressing cases to Stage 3.

The role will include the following:

* Assessing prospects and advising accordingly

* Providing advice throughout the life of the claim

* Adhering to work source specific SLA’s

* Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims

* Submission of Claim Notification Forms to the Ministry of Justice Portal

* Conduct of cases through Stage 1 to Stage 3 of the of the Ministry of Justice Portal

* Stage 3 knowledge is essential

* Collation and assessment of evidence and reviewing supporting documentation

* Negotiating quantum

* All whilst delivering an excellent quality legal service
