Conveyancing Fee Earner

Salary: £33,600 – £48,000 per year

I have an outstanding opportunity in firm where you will expected to truly engage in the management process of the team and the business, engaging in building relationships with introducers and clients.

As an experienced Conveyancer you will lead by example and be a support and mentor to assist in the development of other team members.

You will also be someone who embraces technology as my client always looks to utilise technology to speed and enhance the conveyancing process.

In this role your areas of accountability are:

A varied caseload of residential conveyancing – freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build and Limited company transactions.

Managing the process through to successful completion whilst managing client expectations

Managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer care

Contributing to the a culture of teamwork and high performance with a strong customer care focus

What you will bring to the role will be

Proven experience

Able to progress transactions and manage caseloads

Effective and strong relationship building skills

Effective, accurate and organised working style
