Retail Support Co-ordinator

Seeking a dynamic, ultra-organised and pro-active Retail Support Coordinator reporting to the Retail Support Manager, whose responsibility is to manage / coordinate the post opening works of multiple store openings and projects.

Job Role
• To visit stores ahead and following openings at certain milestones in the project process to oversee the snagging as a whole and any additional work required.
• To arrange and organise any additional works in stores, liaising with the relevant contractors and suppliers making sure this is followed up and completed in line with timelines and client requests.
• Create and complete snag reports at store opening and at milestones, thereafter, making sure the correct information is communicated to the retail and head office teams.
• Work to deadlines and parameters set by the client, sometimes managing multiple visits, reports, and requests at any given time.
• Ensure all handover packs are compiled correctly making sure documents are obtained from the relevant suppliers.
• To manage health & safety and O&M documentation, making sure these are uploaded onto the relevant business platforms i.e., BIM.
• Manage the relevant business platforms such as Multivista and BIM, ensuring projects are set up, documents are uploaded, and internal teams are communicated with to encourage use of these programmes.
• Set up new projects and user manage the AirTable, a business platform used to record the store opening pipeline.
• Assist on additional post opening projects directed / requested by the client.
• Identify areas for improvement – promote best work practise on site.
• Complete administrative tasks making sure trackers and documents are kept up to date.
• You may also be asked to complete tasks outside of your job description at points to meet business needs.
• Opportunity to travel to UK and EU destinations, therefore must be willing to travel

• Essential IT skills in basic MS office applications – outlook, excel & word in particular a working knowledge of business ERP systems.
Desirable
• A background in retail / client facing role is desirable
• Practical construction knowledge is advantageous
