As the Technical and Sales Support you will be conducting product evaluation follow up call, making outbound calls to both potential and existing client whilst also supplying general business support. You will be responsible for conducting physical stock maintenance, updating and maintaining the company’s CRM database and providing customer service and technical support to the clients base which covers EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India).

To be considered for this role you will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, have a genuine interest in technology and have previous commercial experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and databases will also be an requirement for this role. You will be a highly detailed person with the ability to work well under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous (French, German, Italian or Spanish)

In return our client are offering a good basic (dependant on experience), company pension, company shares scheme, 25 days holiday and free on-site parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
