Retail Sales Account Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £50,400 per year

If so, we are looking to recruit a highly organised, analytical and enthusiastic candidate to join our team. This person should be able to effectively implement and manage strategies to cultivate both existing and new business. This candidate will be tasked with supporting all aspects of the B2B management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and enhance effective relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
Oversee a two million pound account, a global brand
Create reports on sales performance, opportunities, split of business etc. to manage and effectively reach targets.
Oversee OMNI- B2B Corporate Events business ensuring optimal execution of each event in conjunction with the client, boutique, depts, suppliers etc
Research, attend and present at external client meetings and events, aiding business development
Effectively managing client escalations whilst being proactive to ensure any queries are handled efficientlyCandidate Requirements:

To be considered for this, we require:

Experience in an Account Management style role
Excellent stakeholder management
Business development skills – experience in corporate/B2B sales
Retail background is desired
A passion for retail, fashion or cosmetics
Experience in using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Excellent communicator
