Client Account Manager

Salary: £36,000 per year

Due to scheduled future investment and plans, our client has, in place, the requirement to recruit 2x Client Account Managers monthly. Our Client, a Brighton based award winning digital marketing agency have doubled in headcount and revenue for the last 5 years and continue to achieve ambitious growth plans both in the UK and in international markets, so if you are looking for a position to propel your career within a client centric digital agency, this is the one.

Our client is now looking for exceptionally organised Client Account Managers (x2) who naturally excels at communicating with clients. You won’t be micro-managed or be just another member of staff; they are looking to utilise your personality, your experience and your brain! They will empower you with the skills and confidence to think critically on their behalf when it matters most.

With succession planning in mind, your position will become senior and business critical within year one and will offer rapid personal and remunerative growth opportunities for the right candidate.

* Liaise with, and manage, key client relationships

* Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points

* Manage and naturally become the day to day communications hub for high value client communications

* Become the purveyor of sunshine, a grower of exceptional relationships and forger of total client confidence

* Develop and maintain a commercially driven strategic approach to account and relationship management

* Understand and shape their approach to better develop, diversify and grow client accounts

And finally …

They will be looking for candidates with the following attributes:

* Experience communicating with B2B clients

* Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders internally

* Experience using a CRM system

* Strong proficiency in MS Office

* Goal driven, not process driven

* Eager to learn

Client Account Manager Package will include:

* A basic salary £36,000

* A company bonus

* Pension contribution

* Medical insurance

* 20 days holiday rising to 25

* Blend of home and office working
