Retail Business Improvement Manager – Wakefield

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Business Improvement Manager to join a growing retail & manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire.

Initially with no direct reports, once this role is established you will be responsible for bringing in and leading a small team to implement the systems and procedures you have put in place.

This opportunity will allow you to really shape the business and implement an infrastructure so the business can grow efficiently.

You will be required to identify areas across the business that need KPI’s, standard operating procedures and general processes to adhere to, with an overall goal of improving customer service, quality and profitability.

You will be required to work closely with each division across the business to identify where processes need to be put in place and how best to measure them.
The successful candidate will implement a system for measuring all of the above and how they should be dealt with to ensure excellent quality and customer service.

This role will give you the opportunity to grow the business and create an efficient infrastructure, ultimately improving profits and service through the processes you’ve implemented.

Retail Business Improvement Manager ideal background and experience:

* Proof of implementing or leading change within a retail business.
* Implementing KPI’s or systems from scratch across different departments.
* Ability to come up with strategies and problem solving solutions.
* Experience in a similar role.
