Salary: £20.66 – £24.61 per hour
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client who are seeking a resourcing manager to join the team initially on a temporary basis with the possibility to lead to a permanent position.
As a resourcing manager you will play a key role in delivering a professional and responsive recruitment and selection service to the entire business.
As a resourcing manager you will typically work on between 15-25 vacancies at any one time and be responsible for the following duties.
* Working closely with stake holders to deliver a quality recruitment service. this includes determining the role to be recruited, key skills and accountabilities and writing compelling and attractive job advertisements for the brand across a range of media channels such as job boards and social media.
* Managing the hiring process from end to end, which includes placing advertisements, acknowledging all job applications, screening candidates, and working to provide a short lit for hiring managers.
* Scheduling Interviews and providing feedback following interviews so you need to be organised and ensure each candidate is responded to efficiently,
* Managing paperwork for hiring managers with new onboards seamlessly within an agreed timescale.
* Recommending different hiring strategies and able to advise on the best route to market, this could include advertising methods, social media targeting, executive search or the use of agencies for hard to fill positions.
* Managing multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of the cycle, the role can be incredibly busy and you will need to be able to manage and control all vacancies and candidates within your case load.
* Working in partnership for hiring managers and being hands on with the recruitment process including attending interviews, taking notes and providing your feedback / advice on candidates to hiring managers.
To be considered for this role it is crucial you have previous experience within a similar role and have knowledge of the hiring process, ideally as a senior level.
This role is working Monday to Friday and can involve some home working with an hourly salary of £20.66 – £24.61per hour depending on experience.
