Recruitment Resourcing Manager

Salary: £66,000 per year

This role will be responsible for our client’s end to end recruitment process, assisting with the implementation of the UK wide resourcing strategy to ensure they proactively source, attract and retain the very best talent whilst providing a professional and efficient service to customers.

THE ROLE

* Working closely with the Head of Resourcing to underpin the UK-wide resourcing strategy

* Providing a recruitment partnering service for Senior Managers / Hiring Managers in relation to all aspects of recruitment and selection methodology

* Driving best recruitment practice through the utilisation of fit for purpose selection tools/frameworks

* Identifying industry led, innovative recruitment solutions

* Applying a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of the recruitment process

* Ensuring best practice methods are reflected in team members’ ways of working

* Line Management of Recruitment Team Leaders

* Responsibility and ownership of all recruitment data to provide weekly and monthly Management Information

* Attending networking groups and participating in industry led recruitment campaigns

* Coaching and developing the team to ensure an effective process and the best possible candidate experience

* Complete Ad hoc salary benchmarking to support overall attraction strategy

* Ensuring that all agreed SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved and that recruitment systems are accurate and up to date at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have the following:

* Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and recruitment best practice

* Extensive resourcing experience within a high volume recruitment environment

* Line Management/Coaching experience

* Experience of creating innovative direct resourcing strategies utilising a wide range of attraction methods /tools

* Previous experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector would be considered an advantage
