Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

Resource Coordinator – Peterborough – 21,000/23,000

ALH recruitment are looking to recruit a Resource Coordinator for our client based in Peterborough with immediate effect. 

Resource Co-ordinator

• Managing and co-ordinating all labour placements across 40-50 sites
• Contingency planning for all absences
• Managing sickness & holidays for 100 plus operatives – including holidays, bank holiday’s last minute emergencies
• Create and place adverts for new up and coming projects & vacancies across various platforms
• Able to follow & update processes as and when needed
• Liaising and communicating with all areas of the business from operatives to Construction and Project Managers
• Processing all labour time sheets on a weekly basis, using various systems to monitor timekeeping and ensuring the hours match the time sheets sent in
• Communicating to operatives any issues with their time sheets and pay
• Monitoring and ordering PPE
• Providing quotes and issuing Purchase Orders for training, equipment and accessories
• Update and use various systems to book inductions & operatives
• Managing and reporting labour figures to the board as and when required
• Key contact for all correspondence between clients
• Working as a team to ensure any new projects run smoothly and efficiently from liaising with the Sales team to the accounts team
• Monitor skills gaps and initiate/book training as required.
• Working closely with the Contract Department to ensure any ad hoc requests are dealt with in a timely manner
• Being reactive to ensure deadlines are met for new project start dates
• Managing, distributing and tracking progress of all Plan Reviews
• Updating labour reports on a daily basis
