Our client runs ones of the most prestigous and exclusive hotel and golf club properties in Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit a Resort Services Assistant to join their team at their site in Aberdeenshire.
Role Job Description
The principle function of the Resort Services team is to deliver 5-star services to residents and guests throughout the duration of their stay. This is a hands-on role covering every area of the guest experience including reception, concierge, food and beverage, and housekeeping. Resort Services Assistants support the management team on the delivery of guest services and work closely with the wider operational teams including resort sales and bookings personnel.
Hours: The role is designed to operate back-to-back with the resort services night team. Shifts are usually 12 hours: 6am to 6pm, 3 and 4 days per week.
Qualifying Criteria:
– Previous experience within the hospitality, hotel or leisure industry advantageous
– Experience of bookings systems advantageous
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Meticulous attention to detail and professional telephone manner
– Positive and flexible approach to work including weekend and evening shifts
