Residential Support Worker

PK education are currently recruiting for a residential support worker located in Doncaster. You will be working with vulnerable people aged 11 – 18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide a caring, safe, secure and accepting environment that meets the physical, health, social needs and rights of the young people.
You will work pro-actively to form strong relationships
You will need to be passionate, understanding and patient
Be able to break down challenging barriers to gain trust to provide positive support
Experience working with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Excellent communication skills
