Support Worker

Are you a Support Worker with an excellent children support track record, with the desire to work for a children’s home that offer a great support team?

My client is a small group of Children’s Home and is currently recruiting for their home based in Warrington with an outstanding reputation for the holistic and challenging behavior care they provide in Warrington.

This particular position is in a semi-detached house which is based in Warrington, the aim of the home is to assist young adults in their transitioning from high levels of support towards to a more independent style of living, in which to develop their skills and achieve their full potential. This is company wants people to progress and you will get a clear route on how to progress for your forever career with the company.

As a Support Worker you will be:

• To deliver “hands on” care to people in a person centered way.
• Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life.
• Best practice when delivering care.
• Assist residents in all aspects of their physical and emotional needs in line with agreed care plans.
• Contribute to the daily plan of the person.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• You have to be a Driver
• NVQ Level 2 is preferred.
• Experience in a similar setting (desirable)
• Great level of care with an excellent care track record needed
• Be living within travelling distance to Warrington.

Hours: 48 hours a week available- 2 on then 4 off.

Salary: £26,000 per year Sleep ins paid at £52 per night.
