Repairs Administrator

My Client is a large building maintenance contractor specialising in working with local authorities on reactive maintenance and planned refurbishments on social housing stock and public buildings.

At present they require a Repairs Administrator to join the team based in Harlow.

You will be required to log all repairs carried out onto internal data base, create work sheets for trades personnel, issue work to trades personnel, liaise with clients and tenants regarding repairs and works carried out, update spread sheets and work flow as required by management, liaise with other internal departments to ensure work is carried out and completed inline with KPIs.

Suitable candidates must have previous administration experience and be highly computer literate. You will also come from a background in repairs and reactive maintenance and be available immediately.
