Relocation Post Head Chef Norfolk

We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef oozing with creativity to relocate to Norfolk.

Renowned for its big skies, stunning coastline and most importantly its bounty of great local produce. We need someone to lead an exciting brigade of ambitious chefs looking to offer a unique menu at 2/3 Rosette standard.

The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using local suppliers and creating their own inventive dishes. You will inherit a strong team of skilled junior chefs who are looking to develop their own career under a highly skilled head chef’s direction. We are seeking an ambitious individual who has a wide range of culinary skills. You would also be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management, GP controls and organisation.

Responsibilities include.

* Full day to day management of the kitchen

* Full menu creation

* Managing the kitchen GP

* You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

* Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

* Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.

* Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

The package –

* £48,000per year, Starting Salary

* £5000.00 – £6000.00 Tronc Tips

* Relocation package worth £48,000(or 3 months property rental.)

* 4 Day working week
