An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Registered Manager based in Frome, Somerset to join an a Live In Care Agency working 9am -5.30pm, Monday – Friday plus on call.
An established live in home care service providing live in care services to people living in their own homes.
As a Registered Manager your duties will be to:
• Manage the office and care staff
• Carry out client assessments and risk assessments
• Ensure that all care visits are appropriately staffed
• Actively recruit local staff in order to expand current services
• Promote the services in the local area
• Directly support clients
• Staff supervisions and appraisals
• Ensure that CQC standards are fully met

Interested applicants must have:
• Previous experience working as a registered manager for a live in care agency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
