Regional Training and Development Manager – The Role:
As part of Training and Development team, you will be responsible for the following:

– Identifying training needs
– Responsible for devising focused training plans
– Observing staff and feeding back
– Delivering training then assessing post training progress
– Working to policies and guidelines
– Having up to date knowledge within the sector
– Cost out training plans and work within budgets

Regional Training and Development Manager – The Candidate:
You will have a passion to offer the best quality training and development to staff members. In order to be considered for the role you must meet the following criteria:

– Have a minimum level 3 qualification in childcare
– Be a car driver with a full clean driving licence
– Relevant experience in training & development within the childcare industry.
– Excellent communication both written and verbal
– Job flexibility
– The ability to plan and organise their workload
– Good IT skills
