Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Web Development Manager to join a digital and marketing agency based in Northampton.
The successful candidate will be required to provide both technical leadership and man-management to a small team of developers. The role is a real mix of.NET Development, team leading and client / project management.

Based in Northampton, we are recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing and digital agency.
Skills Required
The Web Development Manager will ideally have the following skills / experience:
– Proven experience of both leading teams and also the ability to remain hands on with coding.
– Strong knowledge of ASP.NET / C# / HTML and JavaScript
– Experience of managing both front and back end programmers.
– A knowledge of Agile would be desirable.
Who would the role suit?
The role would suit an experienced Web Development Manager who enjoys coding or potentially a Lead.NET Developer who is seeking more management experience.
