Salary: £33,600 per year
Regional Sales Manager for our new and unique digital platform.
Responsible for selling business profiles and advertising to a wide group of business sectors: Developers, agents, surveyors through to legal, finance and insurance.
The Regional Sales Manager position is highly geared towards performance rewards with an uncapped commission scheme allowing the sales manager to easily double basic pay.
As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
* Representing and promoting The Landsite brand
* Contacting business leaders and decision makers in any businesses that connect with the property industry – from agents and developers through to solicitors, finance and insurance brokers.
* Monitoring the professional property sector and proposing responses and reactions to the market trends
* Selling the benefits of The Landsite network through business profiles, speciality pages and advertising
Prospective Regional Sales Manager must be:
* Confident and articulate both verbally and written.
* At least 2 years experience with sales and marketing.
* Capable of self managing and identifying leads and opportunities
* Willing to work in a small and fast growing business.
Successful candidates will be considered for promotion to our Business Development Manager role in the same area within six months.
