Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
Due to my clients continued business growth they are now offering a permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. My client is an internationally established solutions provider in industrial water treatment and process filtration for a wide range of industries. The role is regional covering the South East UK and offers an attractive and competitive package. Their ideal candidate will have proven experience securing and developing new business selling water treatment or process filtration equipment and systems.
Regional Sales Manager role:
Working as the successful Sales Manager you will be home based, report to the Sales Director and be responsible for the following: –
* Maintain and establish growth and profitability in the sales of industrial water treatment and process filtration equipment and systems within the South East UK.
* Establish targets, forecasts, costs and sales/quotes.
* Review sales, costs and expenses no less than monthly.
* Develop ‘Sales’ related business through the development of Key Account Customer/Prospect relationships, following through upon opportunities and for both new and existing opportunities.
* Arrange and attend sales calls to potential key Account Prospects/Customers.
* Assist in the smooth process management of designs from initial contact with the Key Account. Prospect/Customer to full proposal being submitted.
* Prepare proposals and draft contracts.
* Visit sites to collect water samples.
* Work with the Technical, Engineering and Operations departments in the development of new trials and marketing new technologies.
* Maintain a current database of existing and new Key Account Prospects/Customers.
* Assist with marketing programs such as seminars, presenting papers and exhibitions as required.
Regional Sales Manager requirement:
Previous Technical Sales experience with capital equipment water treatment and process filtration solutions.
Educated to relevant engineering discipline (preferred not essential)

Regional Sales Manager package:
Salary £54,000 – £66,000 + commission
