Role –

The role involves the management of a team of 8 sales people who sell a range of dental implants and surgical dental techniques to dental professionals. The role is field based and demands a sales manager who can drive business and ensure their team meet / exceed targets. The role will see the appointed sales manager be responsible for both new business and account management sales generation. Responsible for agreeing targets with staff, hiring, disciplining and motivating the team this is a senior role that will offer the appointed person considerable autonomy and responsibility.

• Applicants will have a proven track record of sales management success.
