Regional Manager (Social Care)

Salary: £26,000 per year

Defour Partnership is working with their client who is a National Social Care Charity recruiting for a Regional Manager in the Oxfordshire area.
About The Role
Currently seeking a resourceful and passionate Regional Manager to operate within the South Region.
The successful candidate will be the registered manager for their patch and provide leadership to the Service Leaders who have responsibility for their services in Oxford.
The Regional Manager will play a key role in the region’s exciting growth plans and develop the company presence as a leading provider in the region with appropriate local brand identity and organisational profile.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation’s business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.
About You
will be values driven, have strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving service delivery, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple sites within an operational environment. You will also have a proven track record of developing successful working relationships with commissioners leading to the securing of new business.
You will have an understanding of quality and care in a regulated environment, be able to build sound internal and external relationships and have an ability to inspire and motivate your teams.
You will be flexible in your approach to your work and be willing to take part in on call duties as well as covering some weekend and evening working as and when required. There is also a requirement for travelling across the areas.
