Regional Manager Education Recruitment
Your remit is to provide a leadership role in opening, staffing, and managing a new branch network. Once the branch is up and running you will maintain direct line management of the Branch Managers, and indirect line management of the consultants.
This is a brilliant, autonomous role. No scripts to follow, you know what works and what doesn’t in this region – so come and have the freedom to run things your way.
You will already be working at management level, perhaps Branch Manager or Divisional Manager with experience of growing a territory and team alongside day to day management. You could be based anywhere on the South Coast, from Exeter to Cornwall to Southampton or Brighton.
